    • Qualification: B.Sc, MBA (Marketing)
    • Experience: 2–5 years in food testing laboratory (Freshers are also welcome.)
    • Skills:

      Core Skills:

      • Strong communication and presentation skills.
      • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
      • Understanding of analytical testing services and FSSAI / NABL domains (preferred but not mandatory).
      • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
      • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
      • Willingness to travel for client visits and business meetings.

      Key Responsibilities:

    • Experience: 20+ years in pharmaceutical industry with strong exposure to analytical testing, regulatory compliance, and client handling

      Role Overview
      We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial professional to act as the Single Point of Contact for our pharma clients. This role leverages deep industry knowledge to bridge technical requirements and commercial execution, coordinating with QC/ RA/ Analytical teams and ensuring compliant, on-time delivery of testing services from inquiry to final report. 

      Retired candidates from Pharmaceutical QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, or Analytical R&D are strongly encouraged to apply. Your experience will help clients navigate testing requirements with credibility and ease.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Client SPOC: Manage end-to-end client communication for analytical testing, stability studies, and regulatory support projects.
      • Technical Consulting: Interpret client queries w.r.t. USP/ EP/ IP, ICH Q1/ Q2/ Q3, FDA guidelines; suggest suitable testing plans and methodologies
      • Commercial Handling: Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals, negotiate scope & pricing, coordinate contracts and ensure timely billing/collections
      • Internal Coordination: Work with QC, Stability, and QA teams to confirm timelines, method availability, and compliance; keep clients updated proactivel
      • Relationship Management: Leverage industry network to maintain key accounts and identify new business opportunities

      Candidate Profile

      •  Background: Retired from senior roles in Pharma QA/ QC/ RA/ Analytical Development in manufacturing companies or FDA-approved pharma testing lab.
      • Technical Strength: Hands-on understanding of HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Impurity Profiling, Stability Chambers, ICH guidelines, cGMP 
      • Skills: Excellent client communication, negotiation, credibility with pharma clients, and ability to simplify technical concepts. Basic computer/ CRM skills sufficient
      • Age: Post-retirement candidates preferred. Flexible working hours can be discussed
